Len Slatest has been nominated for a 2026 Pushcart Prize. He is a retired physicist who worked on a variety of research projects in the physical and life sciences during his career, in fields such as astrophysics, oceanography, atmospheric science, reactor simulation, and mathematics. His fiction and poems have appeared in Ghosts, Echoes & Shadows, London literary magazine ionosphere, Poets for Science, miniMAG, Inside Voice, Creations Magazine, Bardics Anonymous, Bulb Culture Collective, Suffolk County Poetry Review, Bards Annual 2025,, Eastern Sea Bards, and Bards Across The Pond, and he won a cash award for a short story in Sound Waves. John Doriot
John Doriot is an award-winning author and poet. He has written seventeen books and has received seven Georgia Independent Author of the Year Awards from 2022 to 2025. These include awards for best horror/thriller novel (Litter), best science fiction novel (The Cures), best collection of short stories twice (Grimmer Folk Stories, Idioms), and best poetry collection (From Sorrow To Tomorrow, Slowly, I Grow). Brendon McLeod
Brendon McLeod is studying a PhD in creative writing at The University of Sydney, for which he was awarded the Arthur Macquarie Travelling Scholarship. His unpublished novel, “The Rhinoceros” was awarded a fellowship from The Writers’ Space to Varuna The National Writers’ House. His poem “split mind” was shortlisted for the Judith Wright Poetry Prize. His work has been published or is forthcoming in Rabbit Poetry, Overland, Australian Poetry Journal's Digital Publication, Quadrant, The Catholic Poetry Room, Verge, Vernacular Journal, and The Ekphrastic Review. He has been invited to read his poetry at Sappho Books' Monthly Poetry Night and the Banjo Patterson Poetry Festival. He is a jazz musician and works as a music teacher. His work often explores the lived experience of mental illness. He lives and works on Wiradyuri country in regional New South Wales, Australia.
Bryn Gribben
Bryn Gribben is a poet and essayist who left academia to explore antiques. Her essay "Cabin" was nominated for a 2019 Pushcart Prize, and she was a finalist both for the 2021 Creative Nonfiction Porch Prize and the Peseroff Prize in poetry. Bryn's first book, a musical memoir, Amplified Heart: An Emotional Discography, was published by Otherwords Press in 2022. She lives in Seattle with two cats and a love song of a husband.

Cameron Carter, a fiction writer and educator from Atlanta, is a PhD candidate at the University of Missouri. He previously earned his MFA at Georgia State University and his MA at Ball State University. His work is forthcoming or has appeared in The Argyle & Cutleaf Magazine.
